A couple of little shares.

Well I haven't got a lot of challenges done this month.... Actually to date only one and the one that I have complete this month is over at Kraft It Up This month you had to use of course your craft CS or PP and 3 other craft Items. I scrapped my niece when we took her out for lunch and OMG I have never seen a kid make soooo much mess with a Sprinkle sandwich it was everywhere. My 3 craft Item was the chipboard butterfly left raw and love cut out and of course chipboard bird he is very cute. Was good to play along this month as haven't done a Kraft challenge for sooo long. Well her is my LO

And just a because I can LO. This one is of my Son and our Boxer Arlie, She doesn't travel in the back of the car like normal dogs she travels on the back seat in between the 2 kids. Jake finds her handy to lean on and to sleep on when tired and she doesn't mind one little bit. I think she actually enjoys the snuggle time. They really are the best of friend he stirs he up so much as she just takes it. We really couldn't have picked a better dog for the family. In saying that the table has turned a little bit and he seem to play with our Rottie a little more I think it's because she is younger and still is a bouncy puppy. Talking about jumping the kids have taught both the dogs to jump on the trampoline and they love it My rottie pup Bella literally cries if she is left inside and she can see them jumping. We have to scrap a page on that really really soon. Have to put it on the list to do. Well enough ramblings had better go have a shower we are of to Launceston to go to Bunning I wonder what little treats I can find there more storage for my scrap room would be great!!!

A really really quick post.....

Just a quick post before a watch a movie with the Fam... Got another LO done today and this time of my Daughter, she says that I never scrap her and she is right I do seem to scrap my little fella a whole lot more and I'm really not sure why. Maybe she is camera shy LOL.

Ok well here it is Brit and Arlie having cuddles on the couch (when Arlie was allowed on the couch). They do look very cute though!!

I'm loving the colours in this LO, I love pink and black together!!

WOW it's been a while... Here is a couple of just because LO

I can't believe how fast time is going at the moment. Feels like I haven't done any scrapping for ages, I haven't even completed one challenge this month yet. But I have managed a couple of just because LO that I wanted to do.....

The first one is with pics that are not that old.... There are pics of my chickens that I got for my birthday a month ago LOL, For my birthday this year I made the request to my Hubby and Little brother to make me a chook yard, we already had a cubby house that wasn't used anymore so all I need to have my chickens was a yard around it. I was very excited to finally get my chickens after waiting and talking about getting them for 10 years ( I know slow going around here lol) Ok so enough of me going on and on here is my LO

I am quite happy with how this one came out, really happy with the memory for the future!!!

And the next one that I did was one of my little fella with his first coke spider, We had to get out of the house for a while because my hubby was sealing our wooden floors with 2pac and OMG it smells really bad, that bad that just the smell of it made my Rottie start drooling so bad. So there was no way that we could stay while he did that. So we decided to go to Cafe Gilbert in Latrobe for a drink and that's when Jake fell in love with Coke spiders....

TFL I'm off to clean my scrap room up and hopefully that we get the creative juices happening again when I can see what I actually have and get a good look at the new yummies from Anna's Craft Cupboard that I haven't had time to play with.

Getting in some last minute challenges

First one is this 15th March sketch challenge at Stuck sketches.... This is what the sketch looks like

 here is my take on the sketch



On this one I have used paper from 6x6 Three bugs in a rug Blast Off range, Title is from unknown chipboard which I altered, Dusty Attic cog, A Lil' Somethin flag. Kaiser rubons and kaiserkraft postmarks stamp, Ink and Mist of course... I just mixed up some water and ink refill for the title.....and little handmade embillies by ME



And of course the close up.....

Lets see what else I can come up with this afternoon in my rush for the end of the month... Will it be the 1st of March sketch at Stuck or Scrap Jacked???? Will have to wait and see.......

Ok so here is the sketch.....

This is one of my beautiful little niece Princesses!!

On this page I used paper from 6x6 pad from Echo Park Be Mine and some from Papermania. A bit of bling, flowers, random alphas and rub ons.

And of course the close up... This is also using the WOW chipboard heart that was free when you purchased some WOW..... I purchased mine from Creatively inspired....I altered it by embossing and then inking edges with black paper stuck on the back and then of course black pearls to finish.

So happy that this month I got both the Stuck Sketches complete this is a first I often just admire then sketches and DT beautiful work and never have a go. Challenge websites are really a great way to make sure that our albums to get feed each month :)

Well not sure if will get anymore done today so maybe put scrapjacked on the list for next month (again lol).

EXCITED MUCH...... Finally published..... Got my new scrapbooking Memories mag and flicking through the pages and what do I see.... A very cute looking boy and he belongs to ME.... Super excited didn't expect it to be published was sooo exciting

And in print....

Now to submit some more and see how I go......

Scrap the Boys March challenge

Two challenges complete in one day and the night is still young lol.....
This month at STB the challenge was to use LIFE IS GOOD in the title, to have red somewhere on the page and handwritten journaling..... Why not have a go at the challenge and see what you come up with

Here is my take...

This is a little grungier that I would usually go.... trying new ideas and My ideas for this have come from one of Wendy Smith LO with the star masking and Crystal Goulding with her paint splatters, Thanks girls for the inspiration.
So for the challenge requirements, not only does the page have red in the photo I have use red pearls (and the orange is pretty close LOL) the hand written journaling I created my own title free hand and have a little journaling as well.

March Scrap the Girls Challenge!!

This month's challenge was to scrap a celebration and what bigger occasion is there but a wedding!!!

This photo was taken at My Wedding in 2008, coming up to 4 years in just a few day. In the pic is 3 generations with My Mum, My daughter Brittany and Me. These are the kind of pics that you look back on in the future as such a special time.

Showed Mum the LO and she loved it but forgot that I had made one for her birthday a few years ago using the same pic, this one has a little more technique I think LOL. You all know what I'm talking about have a look at LO that you created a few years ago and see how your style has changed.
